NOVOTRANS TO REGIONS
On June 4, 2021, the Government of Lipetsk Region and the Novotrans Group of Companies signed an investment agreement on cooperation in the special economic zone Lipetsk. The document provides for the creation of a metallurgical machine-building complex – one of the most high-tech productions of solid rolled railway wheels in Russia, based on the principles of “green metallurgy”. The annual output is expected to reach 400 thousand wheels for freight railway cars.
On June 3, 2021, the Government of the Orel Region and the Novotrans Group of Companies signed an agreement on long-term cooperation in transshipment of regional industrial and agricultural cargoes at LUGAPORT marine terminal on the Baltic Sea.
On November 19, 2020, the administration of Kursk Region and the Novotrans Group of Companies signed an agreement on long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation in transshipment of local industrial and agricultural cargoes at LUGAPORT marine terminal, which Novotrans is building in Ust-Luga port of Leningrad Region.
On September 6, 2020, the Novotrans Group of Companies and Rosmorport (Federal State Unitary Enterprise) signed an agreement on cooperation on the implementation of the Ust-Luga Multipurpose Trading Terminal project (LUGAPORT investment project) at the Ust-Luga seaport. As part of the agreement, Rosmorport will create federal property: it will form the water area and install navigational equipment.
On June 7, 2019, Novotrans Group and the Government of Leningrad Region signed an agreement on long-term cooperation within an investment project to construct the Ust-Luga Multipurpose Trading Terminal as part of the development of stages 4-6 of the General Cargo Complex in Ust-Luga Sea Port (LUGAPORT Project) and support social and economic programs implemented in the Leningrad Region.
On June 7, 2019, Biysk Railcar Repair Enterprise Novotrans (LLC) and the Government of Leningrad Region signed an agreement on social and economic cooperation in creation and development of industrial infrastructure in Volosovo municipal district (Leningrad Region) as part of the Baltic Railcar Repair Plant Novotrans construction project.
On December 26, 2018, Repair Company Novotrans, LLC, and JSC Russian Railways signed an Agreement on interaction on traffic safety issues.
On November 20, 2018, Novotrans Aktiv, LLC, (part of the Novotrans Group) and Rosmorport (Federal State Unitary Enterprise) signed an agreement defining the procedure for interaction between the parties when designing the facilities envisaged by the Ust-Luga Multipurpose Trading Terminal (LUGAPORT) project.
On February 15, 2018, an Agreement on Social and Economic Partnership was signed between Novotrans Holding Company JSC and the Government of the Republic of Buryatia. The agreement provides for the development of the resource and transport and logistics potential of the Republic.
