GONCHAROV
Konstantin Anatolievich 

Novotrans is one of the leaders of the operator and wagon repair market. We are also actively developing new areas of business, creating national transport and industrial infrastructure facilities. We work onshore and offshore.

Our goal is to continue active business diversification and complete vertical integration: from the construction of infrastructure facilities and industrial capacities to the repair of rolling stock along with transportation of goods in our freight wagons and transshipment in the multipurpose LUGAPORT terminal on the Baltic Sea.

BACKGROUND
  • Born on October 1, 1971 in Magnitogorsk (Chelyabinsk Region).
  • Graduated from Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
  • Worked at top managerial positions in various business entities from 2003 to 2015.
  • A shareholder and President of Novotrans Group since 2015.
PARTICIPATION IN BUSINESS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
  • Besides his management of the Novotrans Group of Companies, Konstantin Goncharov is involved in the activities of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) as a member of the Union’s Board (since April 2016).
  • He is also a member of the RSPP Commission on Mining, as well as the RSPP Commission on Transportation and Transport Infrastructure (within the latter one, in particular, he runs the Sector for the Development of Non-Public Railway Transport).
  • Since 2017, Konstantin Goncharov has been chairing the Russian-Greek Council for Cooperation and Investment under the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Within the last few years, the Council has organized numerous business meetings with the participation of over 80 Russian and Greek companies. At a Russian-Greek summit in December 2018 President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras gave a high assessment to the Council and the results of its work.
  • In 2019, Konstantin Goncharov was elected as Chairman of the new RSPP Commission on Sports and Physical Culture. The Commission focuses on the development of corporate sports and mass physical culture; increasing the investment attractiveness of sports for business; improving the conditions for sponsorship; development of mutually beneficial forms of PPP in the sports industry (including to reduce the burden on the state budget).
  • Measures to support corporate sports (drafted by the Commission) are included in the Strategy for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation until 2030 (approved in November 2020).
  • Since 2018, Konstantin Goncharov has been a member of the Presidium of the SRO Union of Railway Operators Market, a self-regulatory organization that unites representatives of more than 30 companies. The Union member companies possess around 60% of the freight rail car fleet of the Russian Federation.
AWARDS AND RANTINGS
  • In 2017-2020 Konstantin Goncharov was repeatedly ranked as one of top three leaders in the transport industry in the Russian national rating TOP-1000 Russian Managers.
  • Mr Goncharov has received numerous honorary mentions from President of the Russian Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexandr Shokhin, Governor of Orel Region Andrey Klychkov and other top officials for his work with the non-profit associations, as well as in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
PRIVATE LIFE
  • Married, with three children.
  • Konstantin Goncharov is a keen hockey and plays in the corporate hockey team Novotrans as a forward.

  • Since 2015, she has been the First Deputy General Director at Holding Company Novotrans, JSC.
  • Since 2016, Ms Goncharova has alos served as First Deputy General Director at Freight Company Novotrans, LLC.
  • In 2019 she was elected Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Holding Company Novotrans, JSC.

  • Since 2021, Ms Goncharova has worked as Chief Executive Officer of the Management Company Novotrans, LLC.

  • From 2003 to 2015 he took top managerial positions in various business entities.
  • Since 2015, Konstantin Goncharov has been a shareholder and President of the Novotrans Group of Companies.

Graduated from Magnitogorsk State Technical University.

  • From 2015 to 2016 he served as Chief Engineer at Holding Company Novotrans, JSC.

  • Since 2016, he has been the Chief Executive Officer at Freight Company Novotrans, LLC.

Evgeny Alexandrovich 

Graduated from Leningrad Institute of Railroad Engineers named after the Academician V.N. Obraztsov.

Since 1960 he held managerial positions in enterprises of metallurgic and transportation industry, as well as public bodies of the Russian Federation.

Within the last five years he has held positions, including part-time ones:

  • At UMMC HOLDING – Counsellor to the General Director for transport affairs (till present day);
    Russian National Volleyball Federation Social Organization — Counsellor to the General Director (till present day);
  • Ecoresource, LLC. – General Director (till 2016);

  • Zheldorremmash, OJSC. – Member of the Board of Directors (till present day);

  • The Chairperson of the Board of the Institute of Natural Monopolies Research.

Alexandr Ivanovich 

Graduated from Saint Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Since 2018 he has been serving as Deputy General Director of the National Research Center Kurchatov Institute.
