COMBATING CORRUPTION AND FRAUD

Feedback on reports of corruption and other illegal activities

In order to improve anti-corruption measures and ensure a prompt response to any illegal actions, the Novotrans Group of Companies constantly operates the Anti-Corruption Hotline.

If you become aware of the preparation or commission of a corruption offense, you may report it:

  • in the written form to the corporate legal mailing address: 44A/3, Leningradsky Prospekt, Moscow, 125167, Corporate Security Department;
  • by email: hotline_bz@novotrans.com;
  • orally by phone: +7 (495) 925-54-50, ext. 1831.

Phone calls are accepted every day except weekends and holidays from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday through Thursday) and from 9 AM to 4:45 PM (on Fridays), Moscow time.

Communication channels have been created to receive reports from citizens on corruption and other illegal actions by the staff of the Novotrans Group of Companies, namely abuse of functions, bribery, abuse of power, commercial bribery or any other illegal use by staff of their official position contrary to the legitimate interests of Novotrans in order to obtain benefits in the form of money, valuables, other property or property services, other property rights for themselves or for third parties or unlawful provision of such benefit to the said person by other individuals, as well as commission of these acts on behalf or in the interests of the Novotrans Group of Companies.

When receiving and reviewing reports, confidentiality is guaranteed and citizens who report unlawful or corrupt practices in good faith may not be prosecuted.

Attention! Articles 128.1 and 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation stipulate criminal responsibility for slander and deliberately false denunciation of a crime.
